20-year incumbent David Scott has left the 13th District to fend for itself. The incumbent is more invested in Big Agriculture than representing the 13th District. As federal funding comes into the 13th District, it never makes it to the streets. Caesar is working to Build Real Solutions with your tax dollars, providing opportunity and responsive representation.

 The Metro Atlanta economy is growing but there is not enough local skilled labor. Currently, only 2.8% of the workforce in the 13th District is skilled. I support legislation that focuses on STEM subjects, establishing vocational and marketable skills in school curriculums and with after-school programs for displaced workers and adults re-entering the workforce. This translates to higher wages, financial independence, and a better quality of life for residents in the 13th District. 

 Federal resources directed into the community must reach their intended target. I passionately support oversight, auditing, and accountability of federal resources coming into the 13th District. The "reallocation" of federal resources to the incumbent's own interests, otherwise referred to as "Atlanta Politics", will be checked, and politicians profiting on the suffrage of the people will be held to account. The incumbent brags about bringing $15B into the 13th, which could have given every resident in the 13th District a check for over $21,000. Instead, we see no improvement for anyone, anywhere in the district. Where did the resources go? 

 I support parent's right to school choice and vouchers. Children in the 13th District will be better educated in relevant subject matter instead of indoctrinated into abstract progressive ideologies. School choice will also encourage competition, motivating public schools to better structure their curriculums and budgets. It's time to present a viable alternative to the "school to prison pipeline." 

 An incumbent who is feeble and unable to make the regular trips between Washington, DC and our community is in no position to effectively represent the 13th District. We need a long-serving community leader, not a career politician! Let's retire him and put a vibrant candidate with the energy and stamina to address the needs and concerns of the constituents.
