One Step Closer To Rejuvenation
The primary campaign was a resounding success! Thanks to your support, we were able to win by a landslide against 2 tough primary opponents. With your continued support, we can win this fight to reinvigorate the 13th District!
We are in the main election against a 20-year incumbent with significant resources. However, as chair of the Congressional Agricultural Committee, his priority is in Big Agriculture and not the 13th District. While this part of the campaign will be an uphill battle, we have the Red Wave at our backs. We also have a constituency in the 13th District that is tired of being used to prop up the incumbent representative. There are also members of his own party that are fed up with the corrupt and divisive tactics aimed at maintaining power.
It's time to present a viable alternative to the incumbent party's "school to prison pipeline." As your representative in Congress, I will support vocational training facilities for our youth, displaced workers, and veterans. I also support better streets, better schools, and safer communities.
I will fight for transparency, accountability, and oversight of federal funding and resources coming into our district.
I will push for school choice which will be supported by vouchers. Our children should not have to be subjugated to failing schools, nor our educators to degenerate conditions. We must relearn that "education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today." - Malcolm X. We cannot wait for the future like David Scott. We must begin building the future today.
